As far as I understood, Weaver wasn't/isn't all that below the radar... in that last day or two before WAS hired Quinn, I saw Commanders fans hyping Weaver as their fav.

Anthony Weaver. He's the new DC in Miami. Coached under Harbaugh in Baltimore and Harbaugh raves about him.

He might be too green to consider in 2025 if we have to replace McCarthy. Jerry likely will look for a retread anyway.

I'd love for them to add an up and coming young DC to the mix here. Is Al Harris interviewing with Jerry today?
