Stat from last two games that has to change going forward

Cowboys converted 3rd down last two games only 2 of the last 24. Eight percent conversion rate wont win you many games. Obviously they have been in 3rd and long far too often lately. The offense clicked much better earlier when they were running and creating 3rd and short situations consistently. The penalties gotta stop too. They need to get back to what was working and stop shooting themselves in the foot.
