This is about the coaching staff and evaluation of player contract.

Coaching staff: Is anyone really happy with it?

Dak: Wildly successful 4th round pick. I think he may be a solid starting QB. If he gets paid like a superstar we’ve got problems.

Zeke: Good back obviously. Doesn’t make big plays anymore and that’s a problem given his contract.

Cooper: What a stud. We will pay him, hope he still delivers.
Gallup: looks like a real good pick. Catch the ball.

TEs: Below average position group

Tyron: Great player but he won’t last much longer. Maybe a year or two and he will need to be cut as injuries take their tole. Getting paid, can’t stay healthy.

Martin: Getting paid huge. Still great but he will decline with the back.

Fredrick: I think Looney was better last year. Hopefully he regains his form for 2nd half. Getting Paid.

Collins: Signing looks good. Get healthy

C Williams: Is he ever gonna be good?

DTs: Limited talent

Tank: disastrous contract

Quinn: trade him or sign him after Eagles kill us

LVE: *** happened

Jaylon: disastrous contract

Jones: trade or sign him after Eagle loss

Safeties: they suck

In short the long term bright spots that may be underpaid are Collins, Gallup and maybe LVE. The two best defenders on the team are pending UFAs.

Signing DLaw and Zeke to those big contracts was a mistake and will bite for years to to come.

Dak is a Journeyman QB, nothing more. I would not feel any great loss if the Cowboys let him walk. It would sting in the short term, but they have to get better at that position to be considered a true contender.

Time to blow up the defense. The scheme is too easy to beat and the coaching staff is ineffective. Carved up by a dude who hasn't played football in over a month. Shameful.

Garret's offense (and Garrett for that matter) is not worth a damn in today's NFL.

It was embarrassing sitting in the Meadowlands watching that disgraceful display on the field. The coaching staff should not have been allowed on the charter home. There is no question this team will go nowhere under Garrett. This every other year contender BS is intolerable.

Put a fork in them.

When Lawrence was signed, I thought it was a huge mistake. Then came Zeke, who I thought deserved to make some money but that appears to be a mistake as well.

Up next is Dak. It is obvious that this team will never win a few playoff games in a row, so why sign our QB top $$$? There is no need to compound more mistakes upon mistakes. Amari may or may not play Cooper wants to get paid? Again, don’t compound the mistakes.

Let the new head coach decide if he wants to ride with Prescott and go from there. The Jones boys overvalue talent and extend when not necessary often.

I think Dak can succeed in this league but not under these conditions in Dallas. Something needs changed fast and a different, shiny new QB won’t make much of a difference.

This team needs the coaching gutted and schemes scratched and go in a completely different direction. Now, if only Jerry and Stephen allow it is a different topic.......

Cowboys have one of the worst Schemes and Gameplans on both Sides for years now. They heavily rely on Solo Talent to beat Teams and Need to pay These Players big Money to stay halfway relevant. Thats not a receipt for success.

The Patriots would let guys like D-Law and Jaylon Smith walk because they can replace them with Anyone cause they win because of Scheme, Gameplan and Coaching. Thats why they are so good. They dont rely on single Players.

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.....

The Good (have to dig deep for this one) Brandon Knight our back up right tackle played well again. Dak didn't throw any picks and the Cowboys actually got one.

The Bad (as hard as it was to "find the good" finding the bad will be easy) Another awful first half by the offense, too many penalties yet again, and another chip shot missed by Maher after making a couple of bombs!

The Ugly (heads up folks this is going to get messy) This is one of if not the worst coached teams in all of football. The Cowboys simply are not prepared to play week in week out. The Jets who were last in EVERYTHING offensively dominated the Cowboys which if you're like me you're totally embarrassed and pissed off! Now I said on Friday during my prediction I said that the Cowboys were playing for their season and Garrett was coaching for his job against the Jets now I'm interested to see if I'm right but as of right now Garrett is still somehow the head coach of the Cowboys and by yet another miracle they're still in first place in the division put come Sunday night you'll see a team that has quit and the Cowboys will end up with a top 10 pick in the draft.

Hard pressed to find a single player that's playing better than he played last season. It seems like every single player on this roster has fallen off from their performance in 2018. It's truly astonishing the level of futility we're witnessing.
