No one thinks they'll beat NO (including me lol)... We'll likely be a 7 point dog at home. Not saying we win-- but I am saying this team has responded very well to having it's back against the wall. What a statement game it would be if they beat the Saints lol...just want to dream for a sec:

The confidence and swagger would be back and we'd be 7-5 heading into a Dec with winnable games on the schedule and a nice 3-1 division record. The team's heart and identity would have been forged through adversity and overcoming a bunch of setbacks together-- nothing has been easy for them this year. We would also go from being a team "in the hunt" to being a legitimate contender for the NFC crown.

It's a longshot-- a L is expected-- but IF they step up and ball out-- this team will be peaking at EXACTLY the right moment to make some serious noise.

I'm switching to "how do we beat them". I'm thinking our game plan will be to try and keep the defense off the field. I'm assuming we will see a healthy dose of Zeke all day. But I'm also assuming that the Saints will stack the box. How do we open it up without losing the focus on eating clock?

We're not gonna win and I'm ok with that

We need to beat the other teams to make the playoffs

If we beat NO we will get full of ourselves and go on to lay an egg later. Garrett led teams can't handle success

I'm still enjoying the last three wins man, why you gots to burst the bubble lol. I remember one year in band camp when we beat the Saints. I think it was like 2014. Brees was still around way back then but he's probably the only left over. That's Brees, he's like the old left over dinner shoved to the back of the fridge growing mould but scrape the mould off and the flavor is still there. 4-1 to close out the season would be nice! 3-2 might do it too.

We have to be able to run 40 times and shorten the game. No way our D can contain Brees and company.

So now that Jason Garrett is in 'his coaching prime' , its an easy win against a good team like the saints ?

... this is interesting .

Props to Garrett for winning the saints game ., already ... it seems .

I am really developing a serious man crush on LVE. Seriously. I love this guy.

I was a Romosexual for many years, but I think I've found a new love.

I don’t think we will beat the Saints but I think we CAN. This game will tell us a lot about where we truly stand among playoff caliber teams. I’m not expecting a miracle here but it’s going to be a blast to watch.

We're right at that cusp between tier 1 and tier 2, just like the Vikings.

It's the holiday season - the time for miracles, so why not?

Probably a fair assessment. I really thought the Vikings would be better this year. Their defense is nowhere near as good as last year. Absent Thielen, and they would be in trouble. Cousins overrated.
