okay yeah, I was going to ask what the franchise record was for consecutive wins. So it's 12 including playoffs. does anyone know the regular season consecutive win record for the franchise. so not including playoffs or continuing from the end of one season to the start of the next season. So basically I am asking is this the longest winning streak in franchise history in one regular season, not including playoffs?Yes it does. Just FYI counting playoffs Rodger won 10 in a row. Craig won the first 2 the next season, so I think the team record is 12 in a row.

Awesome, thanksYes, it is the longest single-season winning streak for the Cowboys (not including playoffs).
Aikman is so underrated, as is that whole dynasty team. For those who didnt see those teams, how the Cowboys are playing now is how it felt like for a good 5 year span in the 90s.Aikman won 9 straight in the post season.
You do know that it is not about Dak! He is in a very fortunate position that he is in the best offensive structure any QB could land in. The other Rookies landed in not the best situations and have struggled. The best thing Dak brings is a big QB who can take hits and get up afterwards. That is something that is in question with Romo. Dak is alright but when he gets to the playoffs he will be among the best teams in the NFL and this is where he will be tested the most. So, glade that he is doing well in this offense and should be OK for the smart arse Deadskins on Thursday.Heading into uncharted waters and it feels GREAT! How 'bout them Cowboys!!
Dak inherited a 4-12 team and has them rolling. I don't think you give him enough credit. You do know that it is not about Dak!
