Anybody catching the air time Roger the Dodger is getting today? He's been on Mike and Mike and the Dan Patrick show w/John Siabol (sp). Talking up the Cowboys and the Phillips hire. It was good to hear him on. I'm just curious why out of the blue we're hearing from someone like Staubach after the hire. Is he back involved w/the organization or something? Seems like he's been the mouthpiece for the organization today.

I've heard him several times on many different shows. WFAN, Mike and Mike, etc. He writes about the Boys on his Monday Morning CEO blog.

His NASCAR team with AIkman is part of the reason for his increased visibility; also he is working on getting the SB to Dallas and has been working that area as well.

I have a guess. You are hearing more Staubach because Roger is taking the lead on bringing a Super Bowl to Dallas. He is raising his profile to help with that effort.
