Romo- Not his best game but WR and OL gave him little help
Barber- Probowler and usually plays like it
Witten- See above
TO- Heart and sole of this team
She- I think she is done
Adams- Saw him on pro bowl lists but I personally dont see it
Kosier- Servicable, up grade if possible
Gurode- Pro bowler and key to running game
Davis- see above
Cloumbo- Better than most at his position
Ware- Pro bowler for the next years
Ayodle- I'd give Carp a shot or upgrade
James- Better than most
Ellis- Ran out of gas down the strech
Canty- Future pro bowler
Ratliff- See above somewher on D line
Spears- I'd cut him loose and give Hatcher a shot
Newman- when healthy Pro bowl
Henry- Upgrade with 1st rounder
Hamlin- Glue of secondary keep
R Williams- He has lost his confidence and is a liability everywhere, get rid of
