I'll take Miles Sanders RB if he's cheap. Cut Zeke and let Pollard go. Draft another RB.

They will make a vary of choses and manuever. They could sign significant FA vets if they wanted.
Agreed, if they wanted. But that is not Stephens MO. But who knows. Maybe he gets a shot of testosterone and realizes the igglets might be in a down year and now is the time to load up for a run.

Dak's AAV is 17.7% of the 2023 cap...
perhaps my numbers are off before calculating. I was using these numbers ( before any possible renegotiation)

2023 proposed salary cap….224 million per team
Daks 2023 salary cap hit ….49 million

49 million is 21.8% of 224 Million

which numbers are incorrect?………is it cap hit vs spending?

AAV stands for average annual value. Either he doesn’t understand what you’re trying to say, or he’s trying to spin it in something else for some reason

22% is correct for 2023

Thanks for fielding that Aero……..I realize that it’s a high percentage that they will renegotiate to lessen Daks cap hit but as it stands, those numbers seem to be correct.

BTW, I detest your team ( as it should be, lol) but y’all had one helluva season and Hurts improvement was something that myself and a lot of others didn’t see coming

the narrative is that ‘ the eagles haven’t played anybody” but they DID play somebody in the SB and the game could have gone either way. So congrats on the season

We are up against the cap and need to think about extending Lamb, Diggs and Wilson.

Like hargrave or one their cb. Weaken the enemy!!!
Hargrave likely goes back to Philly. Bradberry is going to get paid. No thanks.

Now they may have to let Cox walk, and I might be interested in him for the right price. He's on the downside of his career but still fairly effective. I would not pay big money to him however.

Dumb.

Bradbury is leaving whether we sign him or not.

The only FA we could sign from them, or those they have no intention of resigning... it's not like if WE don't sign them, they'll just stay in Philly. There's other teams out there that can sign players too.

With what money? I know they can create the cap space but they wont and they'll use it as a reason not to sign big free agents.

edit. They will have to create some my guess is about 20-30 million to sign draft picks, some cheap free agents, and have about 10 left over.
They will have over 30 million by restructuring contracts. Then they can add more by cutting Zeke and others.
