I am not sure why they keep sticking with steele, where he has been incompetent and has sucked royally for three years now. I know jerry hates to pay twice for the same position, so in his eyes, cutting steele would mean he has to go out and get another one and pay twice, with the salary, bonus and dead money. he tends to ride contracts to the end.

I Google dived it and you were right as his shoulder is and has been a long time chronic situation that he has managed quite well and has not missed many games.

I guess my dream scenario would still boil down to a risk versus reward decision by Cowboy management.

I still would take him all day every day and twice on Sundays over Guyton.
