Rather, Roethlisberger "ends" plays early. Gives the opposing team some hope.

I have to say, watching the steeler defense play is like watching what I think the Cowboys defense SHOULD play like. Similar schemes, very fun to watch.

Carter read Orton like a book on that pick.

You mean how on the opening drive, Orton lead the Broncos on a scoring drive. And up until the interception, Denver was driving again.

Carter made a nice pick and scored; that's great.

But Denver's been moving the ball on them.

Both teams are playing very well. I just like how the Steelers play. They don't miss assignments, don't miss tackles, are a very tight group.

All that said, they've actually been a very mediocre group this year. About as good as the Cowboys. But it's about style as well, not everything is results-only.

Wow, that's a terrible call.

The "maintains possession as he hits the ground" is just for when he doesn't have possession of the ball before he hits the ground and the ground causes the fumble.

He already had possession and had two feet down and made a football move. Then the defender punches it out.

But the ball wasn't moving, he clearly had possession of it, so it doesn't need to maintain possession throughout; it became a catch plus a fumble.

It's some speed, but they also just play a tight scheme. Are rarely sloppy, don't make many mistakes.
