I was listening to ESPN 1250 in Pittsburgh. During the Stand & Guy show PG writer and long time steelers reporter Ed Bouchette stated after yesterdays account of the events by DA Bright.. The Rooney are so sickened by what was stated in the press confernece that they are seriouly considering trading him. A lilkley trade partner is the Rams who hold the number 1 pick this season. Bouchette speculated that Ben could net the Steelers the Rams number 1's this season and next.

Ben is considered a top 5 QB by a lot of people and he is without a doubt a great 4th Quarter QB.

Franchise QB's are worth 2 1sts. If I were the Rams i'd do it if I didn't have a problem with his off the field actions.

He is not a top 5 QB, imo. He's good though.
two 1st rounder is one thing. Two low 1st = the top pick overall for example. But two 1st rounders where one is this year's 1st overall and the other is probably a top 5 pick the next year is outrageous.
