The only thing that will ever stand between Dallas and the "America's Team" mantle is winning. As soon as Dallas wins America returns. Even when Dallas is just winning in marginal terms, we still get the highest ratings.

The "new America's team" thing is only evidence that we ARE America's Team.

Like it's been said in this thread "America's Team" has nothing to do with who has the most SBs. And correct me if Im wrong, but didnt we get that label after our 2nd SB loss to the Steelers?? That label was strictly meant for the Boys.


That's like calling the Eagles and Ravens "Dirty Birds".


Not to mention, Art Rooney had already stated he didnt want his team to be recognized as such.

Most SB has nothing ot do with it. We were termed that name before we were winning championships because Steve Sabol at NFL Films would see Cowboys fans at every stadium across the country.

We're America's Team because as time goes by we have the hearts of more fans than anyone else in the NFL. Pittsburgh is just a stonesthrow away from the hillbillies of Appalachia anyway.
