patriots run so many pick plays and non of it ever gets called. We run the same play and flags everywhere.

They do it every play, so the refs don't call it. Cowboys rarely do it, so it gets called. Kind of similar to how the Seahawks secondary grabs and holds on every play, so the refs just don't call it that often or they would have to call it every play.
