i'm curious this kid is not mention as a replacement for D Harris. He was one top college recruits in the nation. Okay, didn't put the big numbers people through, but he can come in be the punt and kickoff return and 4th WR. This kid can play and got plenty of speed that we need on ST. Video Highlight

Maybe so.

If he could do those three jobs (assuming g he is also a great locker at WR as well) then he'd replace 3 of Harris' five jobs...which is a great start.
Only then need to find a leader in special teams tackles.

I like him Bell and Conley a lot for that position. I think Crowder and Montgomery might be decent too.

Don't forget Reggie Dunn out of Utah. He has been in the Cowboys offseason program and he was dynamite in college returning kicks.

He ran a 4.22 at his proday a couple of years ago.

I'd love to see us draft Diggs but surprisingly he never did much in the way of returning punts. He did it okay as a freshman, but Will Likely took over the last two years. Also, the coaches might have been trying to reduce instances where he could get hurt. Had an assortment of injuries at Maryland that undermined his development.

Has the potential to be a much better WR than Harris.
