Exactly. It's in reality a 2 for 26 million deal. 3rd year is money he'll never see. Like you said doesn't seem outrageous. Cowboys paid Cooks 2 for 20 million a few years back

I would have given him 2/26 if most of it was incentives and little of it was guaranteed. Let's say 2/8 all guaranteed with up to $9 million in incentives each year (such as number of catches, yards, TDs)

I guess it will depend if the first two years are fully guaranteed or if some of his base is not. If he has a signing bonus that stretches across all four years then it will be more than 25 million over the first two years.
