He is saying they are "doing things different" like Andy ! lol
Also that he wants to keep a lot of things the same , but also change some of it.
Shot can do both of those things better than some outside guy.

So there will be some changes, but not as much as a new guy might do.

Shot mentioned culture twice in PC, so I think he wants to change that to a winning culture, but not sure he can ,
with the jones boys in charge.
He also wants to have a better run game and run more, but that depends partly on who they draft, and what if anything they do

Jerrys dad gave him several million to start his business, which was very shady, kinda crooked.
Then buying the cowboys with mostly borrowed money. He had to find a lot of ways to make money in the early days 89-92
He just never stopped and actually just stayed obsessed with making $.

Dak was going to fake an injury very soon. He just got lucky he actually got a legitimate one. No way he was going to trot out there week after week and have the team look that terrible under his leadership.

The only way I'll believe Schottenheimer is an Andy Reid clone is if Schotty does the smart thing and does everything he can to draft a replacement QB. That, in my opinion, is what turned Reid from a rethread into a HOF coach. If Reid never had the guts to move on from the "safe, we can win win with him" Alex Smith, the chiefs dynasty and Reid's career would never have happened. Sadly, I doubt Schottenheimer has the guts as he's already out here talking the company lines as far as Dak Prescott is concerned.
