Brooks caught 7 passes in 8 games from Rush. Only 1 was over 20 yards

First pre season game first play was a bomb then in the Carolina game Rush somehow avoided the sack kept the play alive and Brooks traveled across the end zone hooked up on a nice TD .

Fluornoy & Brooks need targets before you can call them busts . RB is much more a need when the draft resumes . Brooks out of Tech perhaps .

Yeah alot of teams have 2 1s, even Philly does and all they do is run the ball,

Jerry makes me sick to stomach. This is modern days and he acts like its when he was playing,.

In their defense I think if Tet was there they would’ve drafted him. But I knew this would happen. When they traded for Mingo that killed any chance of them drafting a receiver aside from Tet or Hunter. They aren’t interested in drafting a potential number 3 or number 4 receiver.

Once again rather than having a concrete plan to acquire WR2 talent, they fall back on the hope that Mingo, Tolbert, or Flournoy can step up. Hope is not a plan, and this will be a trainwreck unless they find a diamond in the rough on day three of the draft.

Maybe I’m in the total wilderness on this one but from my way of thinking Jamal Brooks is undersold . Rush consistently found a way to get him the ball in chunk yardage plays . Flournoy needs targets then you have Tolbert who with 7 TD receptions last year should hit double figures now and then you have Mr Speed # 9 .


RB is more of the need Sat

Tolbert seems like our #2 now, but maybe we probably should make more of Turpin on 1st and 2nd down since we paid him.

CD is elite. After that, not much, but 60 Million Dollar Man is going to have to start making due with lesser WRs, IMO.

Only *need* to fill on offense is RB. Should probably be drafting 2.
