Stephen Jones tells @gbagnation the #Cowboys are also shooting for the post-bye week for Randy Gregory's return.
time table for Dez Bryant. They don't expect him to have a shot to play until post-bye.
the #Cowboys have to continue to work on catching the ball on defense.
Sean Lee has to go through the concussion protocol and they think he could be ready for the #Patriots.
the #Cowboys will continue to work on their red zone offense, turning FG's into TD's.

Would be nice to have Lee back this week. Need all the help we can get with Gronk

Would have been nice to hear maybe something slightly more positive about Dez. than "time table for Dez Bryant. They don't expect him to have a shot to play until post-bye."

really nothing to say really nothing to bring confidence up. Just should have said "we are stacking good days on top of good days"

Stephen Jones on @gbagnation sounded optimistic about Sean Lee's chances of being able to play vs. the Patriots
Stephen Jones on replacing Lance Dunbar: Christine Michael's gonna be able to step up, play a role. We'll look around, see what's available.
Stephen Jones: Good news is it looks like we'll get Lee back. We'll have Rolando & Hardy. We've lost a couple tough ones, but we'll rebound
Stephen Jones on Joe Randle's risky TD play: "There's not anyone in this organization who wasn't shaking their head when he made that play."

Stephen Jones tell us there's a decent chance Dez Bryant plays after the bye week.

Hopefully, the Lee thing was somewhat precautionary last night.

I think I would leave Lee out next week if there's even a slight sign of post concussion symptoms.
And what exactly does Dez out until post bye week even mean? The game after against the Giants? Very vague statement. Probably meant to be so he doesn't kill ticket sales for Seattle and Philly?

need to work on catching the ball? ffs steven these are professional athletes, catching a ball should be second damned nature, having one hit you in the bread basket should be caught 100/100 times. its akin to a pro golfer not hitting the ladies tee and having to play his next shot with his **** out

is kendall hunter still a free agent after getting released by SF?

Other than party passes only tickets available for those games are on the secondary market which the Cowboys make no money off of

If there's even a slight sign of symptons, the doctors won't clear him. The concussion protocol is pretty strict now.
I think Jones meant the first game after the Bye, meaning he hopes Dez will play vs the Giants

I think we should just sit every veteran and start rookies. Worked for the saints...yes i know brees played...

Why rush Dez back? He'll just get doubled and Weeden won't give him any looks. Heck, teams will triple him and invite TWill to beat them.

Yet for the history of the NFL, defensive players have regularly been dropping balls thrown right to them. It sucks, but many of them (not all, of course) play on that side of the ball in part because they have no hands.
