Stephen Jones says we may already have wide receivers for the 2 spot

So we don’t need a RB, don’t need a WR based on his comments today.

Hahahaha.

The guy is just a joke. He cant be taken serious.

I stopped listening to him long ago. I just cant.
I still expect from someone who is in a upper managment position to have at least some expertise. So maybe that is the reason that i have serious urges to gag when i listen to him.

They should NOT reach for position.

This is NOT a draft that’s going to fix this entire team in one shot.

They need serious front seven attention before adding the shiny pieces.

I’ve been begging to draft a RB since a year ahead of knowing that both Elliott and Pollard would eventually be gone. Nothing. Now the roster has gotten worse, and a RB high is now a luxury piece that they can’t really afford to take too early.

Build your front seven, hell even the secondary at this point…..then draft your shiny players when you’re ready to take your shot. Those types do you no good while you’re getting your behind beat up front.

In all likelihood, the BPA tonite will be a DT. Don't think we're smart enough to pull the trigger, though.

They’ve gotta fill that room and try to start to build something….and not with 34 year olds who are on the couch in August.

If they let Osa walk, signed Ford and Golston and traded down for Harmon, they could have had something like….

-Harmon
-Ford 3/27
-Golston 3/19
-Cap space for another player
-Likely a 3rd today for dealing down
-Likely 3/4th 2026 comp for Osa

The entire room could have been reworked.

Instead…they have Osa only at 4/80. He isn’t dominant by any reach.

Those who were applying the logic that letting our best DT go doesn’t improve the room overall werent seeing the big picture.
