I don't think the evidence shows that. I think it shows they are hit and miss. Parsons has been a great pick at 11, Tyler Smith in the 20s, CeeDee Lamb at 17 (I believe). The choice of Taco Charlton was awful and Mazi has been bad thus far. In the past five years, they've screwed it up twice maybe (Mazi and Guyton) and got it right three times (Smith, Lamb and Parsons).
