Jerry won't retire. He's already said he plans to stay GM until he passes on. At that point, Cowboys fans will have their first real hope in decades. It will fade for good as soon as Stephen names himself GM.

If we didn't know better, you would think they are trying to convince Mike to return or pimp him for another HC job. First Jerry and now Stephen.........hell, maybe a couple of teams have already contacted Mike's agent. In other words, Mike may have other options that would give him more leverage before resigning.
