Somewhere this guy is laughing and saying "I do 149 push ups between breaths".

I bet he could still do this today

Was there a hot woman on his back while doing them.
If so show me the pics.
Back in the 80s when I was a young man in the US Army, I could do 109 in 2 minutes during our Physical Fitness test, so 149 ok but whoopie

Good stuff! I use to clock 100 myself. But I fared better in the sit-up and 2-mile run events on the APFT.

I'm up to 50:(

Navy Seals have to do 100 in a row. I think 150 is possible.

I once saw a special about the Cowboys in training camp. Every time a DB or a receiver did not catch an interception or a pass, respectively, they would drop and do pushups (they did them fast). Well, none of the push-ups would have counted, by Army standards. Just sayin'.

Not that hard if you do them really fast.

Especially if you regularly bench press. At my prime I could do around 300. After a while I had to make them more difficult such as decline push ups and jumping push ups or I would be doing them forever.

I can run for 2 hours. That's a long time but I'd have - even at 240 - no business in the NFL.

Pull-ups are a better gauge of strength/conditioning, in my opinion. If he could do 20 or more good pull-ups at his size I'd be impressed.

It's easier to spam push-ups, although doing 100+ in one set is much much more than most of society can do, regardless of form.

Except for those of us that can't do pull ups any more, I actually think the climbing pegboard is actually a much better gauge. I have had two shoulder surgeries and the doc has pretty much told me no more over the head exercises because all it will do is accelerate the need for shoulder replacement. If I follow his orders I won't need the third surgery until I am near my 60's if i don't follow it will be less than 10 years.

He is on the Mr. Miyagi training program. He is hoping to someday stand up to Travis Frederick and Co. and not let them bully him around.

How did I know you were going to be in this thread? Thank you for not disappointing...

Not sure what Stephen Paea did to you, but you should let it go.
