For those who have 10 minutes to waste.
Notice how he says Parker was picked because he had a vision of to use their key pieces in place already on defense. This is what they want from a coach. They don't have any patience for anyone who might suggest they did a bad job and the unit needs a complete overhaul.
Parker told them what they want to hear.
To be fair, job interviews are mainly about selling your ability to succeed so I am sure he did his research and used what he knows about the team to tell them things they wanted to hear.Notice how he says Parker was picked because he had a vision of to use their key pieces in place already on defense. Anyone that was interviewed and said they did not want to retain either Clark or Osa would have been shown the door quite quickly.Notice how he says Parker was picked because he had a vision of to use their key pieces in place already on defense. Oh gawd. The pieces in place are checkers while the rest of the league is playing chess.Notice how he says Parker was picked because he had a vision of to use their key pieces in place already on defense. Im sure it involves some JW.I have no idea what these interviews are really like. I wonder how honest the candidates truly are about the personnel on the team, and for that matter the coaching they got the year before.
Good point. Nobody is gonna be honest. Being vague in generalized terms is what they all do. It's all hopium right now, and they sell it to the fans with the way they give their answers. I mean, I get it.I have no idea what these interviews are really like. I wonder how honest the candidates truly are about the personnel on the team, and for that matter the coaching they got the year before.
Imagine an executive candidate giving a presentation on how he can impact your company during an interview. I would think you would know if his expectations are realistic.I have no idea what these interviews are really like. Would you hire a candidate who could not present a clear and reasonable plan? Remember, there are likely 3-5 people in the interview.Good point. Nobody is gonna be honest. Being vague in generalized terms is what they all do.
Absolutely not.Would you hire a candidate who could not present a clear and reasonable plan? Remember, there are likely 3-5 people in the interview.
We have a winner. The air is filled with hopium. This is SJ's and Jerry's favorite time of the year. Time to repackage the same dung and put a bow on it.
