Stephen Shares Brandon Aubrey Contract Update After NFL Season

100% it will be non exclusive....also there are no tenders to set on the franchise tag.

What kind of crazy math are you doing to suggest Lamb is at $39m per year? That makes no sense to me....

Pickens wont really have a market because any team that signs him will have to give up 2 1st round draft picks. The Cowboys would have to open it up to a trade scenario for teams to have any sort of serious negotiations with Pickens.
  • 2024: $8,750,000
  • 2025: ~$15,332,353 (after restructuring)
  • 2026: ~$38,423,529
  • 2027: ~$41,600,000

The extension included $100 million in total guarantees and a $38 million signing bonus

Easy I just the way they pushed it to the back end we can't have two receivers making that kind of money at the same time but yes look at 2026 and 2027 that's insane I got the $39 million from that... It doesn't matter it's hard to put two dudes making that kind of money on the same team at wide receiver so hopefully they can get George Pickens worked out closer to 30..

Like him on my team but if they have to trade him and they can get a 1st and a 3rd and save that kind of money it might help the team anyway like I said I'd love to have him here II would the fact that we have no second or 3rd round pick and and the job we're going to have to do to rebuild the defense it's not gonna kill the Cowboys to trade him.

Thanks for the explanation, and that makes some sense but what about the final year? Hes under contract through 2028 at just $21m cap hit. At that math hes closer to $33m per year left on his deal + whatever they stretch out in his void years.
