Stephen: We're open to looking at a really explosive no. 2 WR

Did he just tell everyone we drafting Golden?
That's how I take it. And on top of that he praises the depth at running back in the draft.

Anyone who thinks this means we're considering a quality explosive free agent WR hasn't been paying attention to the way this team operates. At best, we might trade for a receiver, but since we already did that with Mingo, that would surprise me.

Can someone turn this guy off?

It's amazing how long this tool can last on such a low power battery.

Does anyone notice any other team's executives with as much media exposure as the Cowboys?

The better an NFL GM or executive happen to be, the less you will hear from them. They are a secretive bunch. Their answers to media questions are short and unspecific. They leave their team's popularity and ticket sales to the marketing department.

If Stephen Jones enjoys the media attention so much then he should go run for public office and leave important stuff to the football experts in the organization.

you mean the explosive Cooks who missed half the season, and when he came back maybe saw 3 targets a game Cooks? Definitely will be hard to replace him Jr.

Clearly, Stephen Jones is not going to tell the media what the Cowboys front office truly is doing to prepare for the 2025 NFL Draft...or which players they plan on targeting. But in trying to sound so dismissive, he is actually letting the other 31 teams which positions the Cowboys seriously are interested in, which is once again going to hurt the Cowboys and which players they would like to pick up.

CeeDee
Tolbert
Mingo
Brooks

He really likes that.

Has zero clue of what he's talking about.
Either Stephen Jones is a big BSer, or he is a terrible talent evaluator. He talked this same nonsense last season, when it was clear the roster was not ready to compete with good teams.

This man said we're open to it like it's something that can be addressed whenever

YOU NEED A SOLID NUMBER 2 BRUH
