This guy deserves a thread. We all knew going into camp he'd be pretty good, but every report I've heard about him have been rave reviews. I truly wonder if he can take the slot corner job from O-Scan.

The fact that we have a player like him and people are hardly talking about him makes me very excited about this years team.

Speaking of Scandrick, I haven't heard a single blurb about him. I guess we won't until he injures someone ;).

But yeah, Moore has been a shark back there. He is very aggressive when the ball is in there air and has great awareness to break on it. I would love to see him make Scandrick expendable.

Early on everyone was saying Scandrick was having the best camp of all the cbs.

Ironically the highest paid guy is having the worst camp from the top 4 corners.

I thought all along Carr would have the toughest transition. He has always been a man-cover guy. It's a complete change in philosophy for a guy who played a certain way at a pro-bowl level. I think once he gets it down though, with the way he breaks and his burst to the ball, he is going to be very hard to throw against.

We're looking good on corner - Moore, Scandy, Webb if he makes it (he should), and of course Mo and Carr.

We should see improved safety play, swarming LB play, and Ware, Hatch, and Spence attacking the QB.

I'm feeling groovy 'bout this D!!

We are really thin up front. I hope we can find a way to add some much needed depth there.

this not understanding how this happened but im glad it did

The pats tried to sneak him onto their PS, and we scooped him up. It doesn't happen often, but it does happen. We lost Matt Moore the same way a few years back. This is also the reason (supposedly) we stopped playing Ben Bass in pre-season games last year. We wanted to stash him.

Exactly.

We're good everywhere on D but we are going to have to get lucky on the D line with some guys.
