Steve calls Rex a little kid, Witten replies.

Sure it was Witten?
Well it sounds like him. Hard to tell cause the video is kind of blocky, but Steve was looking at Witten when he was talking.

Rex did a terrible job during his press conf...ESPN cut from Rex presser to Steve Young saying "hes like a little kid" while he was laughing at Rex. Steve obviously didnt know they were on live at that moment.

Rex is odd and immature and relatively DUMB which is why he makes throws like the one he did to Lee for the INT...that's why the Bears cut bait. He's strictly a backup and The Rat (shanahan) knows this, but he also knows they aren't going anywhere this year. He's a stop gap guy..a JAG until they get a stud. But the question is: Can you BELIEVE the Bears A) Got to a super bowl with this dud and B) Almost won a super bowl with this dud....If not for Manning, the Bears could have won that game as I recall. Then again, Dilfer won a super bowl too....

Skins did a bit of talking before the game hard to back pedal when you lose.

Yeah I saw this last night when it happened and it cracked me up. I am pretty sure it was Witten who said Oh yeah.

yep. Witten never said a thing. Dilfer tried to save Young by hitting is arm to let him know the camera was on.

No, Witten definitely agreed and it was funny.

watch it again, Dilfer says Oh yeah. Wittens mouth never moved or I am blind.

Whoever said, it's likely they weren't talking about Grossman. They probably weren't watching the same feed at the time.

I can't really see either of their mouths move. But he was looking right at Witten when it was said. Looking at it closer, it definitely seems like Witten. I doubt Dilfer says "Oh yeah" while tapping Steve to alert him that they're live.

They were talking about Dan Bailey.

http://espn.go.com/video/clip?id=7024968

At about two minutes into the video, they talk about Dan Bailey, and Young alludes to a discussion they were having before going live. Bailey is the youngest kicker in the NFL, and he looks like a kid.

Young also said before the game that Rex was a top ten QB. Our pressure was relentless and at the end it got to Rex. He was rattled after the game and was feeling responsible for the loss.

Thats human.

Being a pompous *** is also human as evidenced by Young.

I was hoping someone commented on this today because I about fell out of my chair laughing at it last night. I rewound it several times last night, and it was witten who agreed with him.

LOLOLOL.... Grossman......LOLOLOLOL......Commanders.......LOLOLOLOL....

could have been talking about romos youthful exuberance

These are both possibilities. It really doesn't seem like they were talking about Rex at all.

They could also be talking about Tyron Smith being a huge monster on the line and that he's only 20, just a kid.

Good Lord over on the Skins forum they LOVE Rex today. You know your fanbase is sad when you worship the ground Rex Grossman walks on.
