oh ok

I don't conform to society's conventions, so I was just wondering

Actually you have it wrong. It is society that doesn't conform to Bob Sacamano's conventions.

Did he follow up the report by calling Ware a loser?:p:

no but he said the team struggled with the pressure in ny and that from what hes seen new orleans is about 10 times more fired up than ny.

He and bill jones said New orleans has described it as the Most important regular season game in the history of the franchise.

Witten and romo were right. The saints think we are the jv and are there for the homecoming game.

according to Michael Smith on ESPN, the cowboys plan to attack the saints secondary early and often..looks like we are in for a shootout

No. Society is incapable of conforming to Bob Sacamano's convention due to his sheer level of awesomeness.:D

these guys better be willing to die out there tomorrow with D-ware playing after the neck injury, fractured foot and a fractured wrist.

no need risking anything. we already missed the playoffs. lets see what butler can do, couldn't be any worse than before.

Great news...i had a feeling Ware would play, he is that type of player. Give everything for the team.

That's bizarre.

One would think that a divisional game would be more important, or that a game against a recent dynasty like the Patriots would be more meaningful.

But remember, only the worst of shills and homers claim that teams get up extra for the Cowboys.

Jones: Ware a game-time call
December, 18, 2009 Dec 185:00PM ET

By Matt Mosley

Cowboys All-Pro outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware did not practice this week but owner Jerry Jones is still calling him a game-time decision for Saturday night's game in New Orleans. As optimistic as the Cowboys have been this week, it would be a bit surprising if Ware is unable to play.

"The good news is that, aside from his soreness, he certainly does physically have the ability to play," Jones said. "We'll just determine that as to how he’s feeling at game time."

It sounds to me like Jones is fully expecting Ware to play against the Saints. Jones, the chairman of the league's TV committee, would hate to put a team on the NFL Network without its best player.

I'll be covering this one from my couch in Dallas and then catching a flight to D.C. for Giants-Commanders on Monday morning. I know many of you have been asking for my holiday travel schedule, so I wanted to get it out there. All my best.

Update on Ware: A club source just told me that Ware will have to prove his "strength, range of motion and that he is OK mentally" before being cleared to play against the Saints. But the source was very optimistic that Ware will be cleared to play.

Ware won't play unless he's at full strength

Posted by Michael David Smith on December 19, 2009 12:08 PM ET
Dallas Cowboys linebacker DeMarcus Ware has never missed a game in his NFL career. But he will tonight when the Cowboys take on the Saints unless both he and team doctors say he's completely recovered from the neck injury he suffered six days ago.

Ed Werder of ESPN reports that Ware will not play unless he's able to convince doctors he's at full strength, has a full range of motion and, in Werder's words, has "no lingering psychological effects."

In other words, the Cowboys won't let Ware play unless he and team doctors say they're certain the neck sprain that caused him to be stretchered off the field on Sunday isn't affecting him in any way. Ware is officially listed as questionable.

The initial reports this week indicated that Ware was likely to miss at least one game, although later in the week the Cowboys said he could play against the Saints. Ware said he wants to play but is willing to trust the doctors to make the call on whether he can go or not.

Leader by example. It fired up ST's for a while with DeCamillis...

Here's the test Ware needs to pass

The Cowboys will be very cautious in deciding whether to play outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware (neck) against the Saints tonight. The club has one of the most highly respected medical staffs in the league and here's what that group will do with Ware leading up to kickoff:

Push his head with their hands and then also test his shoulder and arm resistance.

They'll check his range of motion by turning his chin to his right and left shoulders.

Ware will have to see if his chin can reach his chest.

If any of these tests recreate the pain that he was originally feeling, he won't play against the Saints.
