Young was making his judgments about Romo around the time Cowboys were playing NE/Vikings. He made not have said a lot but he made it clear Romo as "it" and if he works hard he will be among upper echelon. More recently Young discussed Romo during football preview coverage and was very complimentary and made it clear he believed Romo was among the elite. I was surprised Young would come out so forcefully as a former 49er re his view of Romo.
