Still dont like idea of Lamb punt returner

Not really sure. Prefer not to have him back there. But when he is, he could be a game changer.
So depends on the situation and field position. Kind of like Dez or Deion being back there.

As I said, prefer someone else, but I am not going to complain when he is out there. Adds some excitement at times.
and is a PR really at risk anymore than going across the middle or on any other contested play.

Are there any provable stats as to a PR getting injured vs. a WR. How often. When was the last time a PR on any team got tagged really good and was injured?

Wilson is hurt. That’s probably why we saw more lamb last week as PR

I believe the only snap he played was the one he was in at qb

Also we may need him at KC as a PR, could make a huge difference in field position or even a possible TD.

As I said in my above post. Depends on the situation.

Honestly, if CeeDee was better at returning punts I wouldn't mind, but #88 has shown very little impact. Yes, Ced is a solid option. Also, Diggs was back for one last game, so #7 could be an option too.

I'd rather have someone faster and quicker and less important do it. Maybe Nahshon can do it? He's 6'4" and runs a 4.3. Izzy too, but he's usually inactive.

...Cant they get someone else? Cedric maybe?

Lamb is so important to offense. He gets hurt during return, that will be heavy hit for offense.

You guys ok with it?

I've said this since TC....Lamb should not be used as your regular PR. Maybe in some key desperate situations when you need a big return late in the 4th quarter. Kind of like Deion a bit, but he was used a bit more. Too risky to use Lamb as a PR.

It's football...?! put your best players out there to give you a chance to win each week. Now if you say use 2 different ones and put him in when there's is short field or chance of big play then maybe .

Can CJ Goodwin catch? He'd be my first choice if he could. My second choice would be Kelvin Joseph. So yeah I'm all for letting the down the roster guys handling punt returns.

I don’t like Pollard an excellent change of pace back crashing into kick return headhunters so we get the ball at the 27 instead of the 25 . Give 17 a chance to return kicks Mr Turner.

He will break one before long. The dude is too dynamic with the ball in his hands to not give him opportunities. Too many mouths to feed on offense.

So you’re OK with Diggs returning punts but not Lamb?
