Still getting robo calls

My anti-spam app hasn't been good enough to block all bogus calls, but it does accurately put a label "suspected spam" on all of them.

My anti-spam app hasn't been good enough to block all bogus calls, but it does accurately put a label "suspected spam" on all of them.

Normally when I get them they show up as a City or a State and when I see that I know what it is and just hang up.

I haven't tried that, no. What I've been trying to find is something that will play a message, "This customer doesn't accept soliciting calls. If you're a solicitor, hang up. If not, please press number [random number]." My friends and family would have to type in a number each time, but I think they'll do it, and I don't think the robocallers with their automated systems will.
