The defender was coming at him, but it looked like Roy had room to get a few more yards. Did he wus out?

With the way he got his ribs taken out a couple of weeks ago in Denver? He gets a pass IMO.

Irvin did the same thing, but not all the time.

First and foremost, please refrain form making any comparison of this guy to The Playmaker. Secondly, Irvin never signaled the first down every time. That is truly lame. He often signified the first down during crucial times when the Cowboys had experienced a "breakthru" during a game. Any comparison of RW's antics to that of The Playmaker is considered preposterous and a significant reach IMO.

How does that saying go? Let's not crown anyone quite yet. There's nothing better than a knee jerker that formerly accused others of knee jerking. The reactions in this thread are comedy gold. I prefer to give RW a few games to prove a trend before getting excited about anything. Call me a classic realist if you prefer to do so. I definitely won't crash & burn as hard as you if the trend never develops.

I know it's difficult but before you turn Roy's mid section into a slurpee give it a few weeks.
