Hey, just found out my area will be under 'the black rule' no 'Colts/Patriots' coverage. People around here are some kinda '#!$$ed off' at the local CBS affiliate we're ninety eight miles from Houston. So we're stuck watching the good ole Texans...Whoop de doo! :bang2:

You must fall in the teeny blue grid on the map. http://www.the506.com/nflmaps/2007-09-CBS2.html
That sucks. :puke:

nfl shooting themselves in the foot again, ridiculous--whats funny is the raiders black out link on that "coverage link" raider fans are rooting for the blackout so they can watch the pats-colts game ROFL

Dude, Blackout is cool! ;)

Yet another reason to invest in the Sunday Ticket from Directv :banghead: ! As long as you can watch the 'Boys every Sunday you should survive...even though the Colts/Patsies game should be a good one!

Thank you Corpus Christi for switching to the Indy/NE game this week! That thing should be red everywhere but the City of Houston!

I justify the Sunday Ticket to my wife by adding up the amount of alcohol I would have during and after many Commanders games.

Last week alone, would have easily got me a tab over $100 bucks. Instead, I stay home and enjoy the kegerator. It's a win-win.

:D

Many of the Houston fans on the local talk radio even said they would rather watch the colts/pats instead of the Texans game so expect a good crowd at the local sports bars this weekend here in H-Town

Why doesn't the bay area get the Oakland game?

Oakland is playing at home at 3:00 vs the Texans same network as the Colts/Pats game. Not sure about GB, they have the early game

I guess you're going to have to type slow. I don't see why Oakland isn't getting the Houston game on CBS? TV hasn't reached that far inland?

Both Hou/Oak and Indy/Pats are on CBS at the same time. If Oak is not getting their game then it is due to the game not being a sellout.

Yeah, the game is blacked out in the bay area since the game didn't sell out in time.

Also, Cleveland doesn't get the game because their local affiliates have a policy not to show another game on a different channel that's occurring at the same time as a home game in Cleveland.

Because everyone that would go see the Oakland game would rather stay home and watch the Colts game! :lmao:

Yeah, heard the same too.. heck one station said "they can't believe a single person from Houston would 'not' want to watch the Texans." Imagine that...:laugh2:
