It's not going to happen, he owns the Cowboys and chooses to be the GM. Thats not going to change regardless of how many times you or I scream for it. If you can't handle that fact, you should probably find another team. :banghead:

I prefer to have hope on things that at least have a possibility of saving my beloved team.

That said, I love Romo and have pulled for him all year. I know that our offensive line has been his biggest problem, and thought that last year. I am not the guru that some of you are and so had faith when some of you said Houck (sp?) makes bad linemen good and good ones great. Anyway, i'm getting off my point.

Romo really let me down today and I absolutely hate his attitude about this loss:( I watched his postgame, and for the first time I was disgusted.

Jerry is going nowhere, you are correct.

Also, Romo is going nowhere because we gave him a Zillion dollars.

Our best bet to get this thing turned around is to get a new coaching staff and reign in Romo a bit, maybe go to more of a rushing attack and less passing or something.

I am just freaking pissed right now.

Of course Jerry isn't going anywhere.

But he needs to.

Just because Jerry's not going anywhere doesn't mean we can't point out the obvious cause of our problems.

Jerry is Bill Wirtz with a slightly better business sense. He cant drop soon enough, his decisions are laughable.

No. I won't cease in my criticism of Jerry Jones. I will not allow him to drive my team into the ground, render it inconsequential, without doing all I can to protest. Admittedly, my protests on this board amount to almost nothing, but as long as the mods allow me to express my opinion, I will continue fighting.

I hate Jerrah so much. I know he will not leave cause he is the owner, and who doesn't love an owner who is willing to spend the money, but he needs to concede the fact that he is not a football ops man. He is too arrogant to see that this whole team is his making. Poor football, organizational, management decisions have been made. It has culminated into what we saw tonight and now it is left up to the man who created it to realize and admit that his decisions have not paid off.

Well, it is too late in the game for this, but I bet an empty stadium on game day would get Jerry's attention. Of course, he already has the PSL money, so he could probably care less.

He also has my $150 for a paver.

Same boat here. I really like Romo. I think he's a good guy with a lot of talent but he's missing something. Maybe the hyper-competitive gene? The do or die attitude? The overwhelming desire to win? Whatever that "it" is, it's missing in Romo. That doesn't make him a bad guy, it just means I don't trust him as my starting QB.

As for Jones? I agree. He's not going anywhere. He's going to do what he wants when he wants and there is nothing we can do about that. Even if it does make me want to :banghead: just thinking about having Wade Phillips back next year.
