Sure it is, but looking for positivity in a losing season where ownership literally did everything they could to make sure they had a losing season, and has continued to fail for 30 years, well I'm sorry but you're not going to find a whole hell of a lot of love and kindness on a football fan forum.

Those are minor issues compared to the biggest one - we have a GM who does not have a vision for the type of football team he wants.

The owner's vision is to make as much money as possible. He's the best at it...which is why the owner has never been compelled to fire the GM. I guarantee you that if the Super Bowl winner made the most money....and everyone that did not win the Super Bowl all made the same amount....Jerry the owner would have been fired Jerry the GM.

As long as Jerry has an open door policy for player grievances, and calls the shots on who starts and sits based on contracts, and picks the coordinators, then it doesn't matter who the coach is.

They are castrated upon entrance.

Because this a great job. The best available job on the market ... by a mile.. this is the DALLAS COWBOYS. We have a QB. We're set up to win now. This isn't a full rebuild. We have pieces. Evidenced by a half decent record last year. And that was without our QB.

• we have pieces - so do other teams, and their pieces are a lot better than our pieces, plus they don't have a ****** who owns the club

I'm not so sure that people are worried. Some of these guys just **** on anything Cowboys. They have no idea on who should coach.
