I'm running windows 7 and now have a capture card. I'm trying to stream video across the internet with bandwidth limiters and logins. The old windows media encoder worked really well but it's not supported in Win7.
Anyone know an easy or best way to stream to people? I tried VLC but can't seem to get that to work and it doesnt seem to have logins.
