Streaming sites not Veetle or Firstrow

I've been using these pretty reliably for the last two years but recently they are huge adware and malware depositories. No matter what option I try. Does anyone have a good (doesn't have to be great) site to recommend? I'm in upstate NY caring for my terminal mother and we have to watch Giants or Buffalo (Yech!).
