I've been a Braves fan and Cowboys fan since I was a little kid... last time the Boys won the SB the Braves won the World Series a few months before. Not going to shoot down or dismiss possible coincidences.

I hope I'm wrong, but I think it'll be the Braves in 6. Their SP is a lot better and their lineup is very good. Their only weakness is the bullpen. Our offense will have to make their starters work hard so we get to that bullpen early.

With their 7-2 win in Game 2 over the Atlanta Braves on Wednesday night, the Astros became the first team to win a WS game in its home ballpark since the LA Dodgers in Game 3 against Boston in 2018.

That said, finish those Tomahawks!

I am torn on this matchup.. I grew up a Braves fan because of Aaron and ironically Dusty Baker.. I lived in the Bay Area for 30 years so got to see his stint as manager of the Giants up close. I think he's a really good manager who is haunted by his decision to pull his starter in the 9th inning of that game against the Angels just because bringing in the closer was "what got us here.." The starter was rolling.. Sure you warm the closer up but you absolutely bring the starter out for the 9th and see if he can keep it rolling and finish the thing off. All that said, it would not hurt me to see Dusty win one as a manager. He's earned it. But if my Braves hoist the trophy I will not exactly be crushed either....

I don’t care if they win or lose. My comment was more tongue in cheek because my wife loves them…..I am a Mets fan. I felt she should join in on my misery

Astros fan here since late 60s. The loss hurt but definitely lost to a better team. On to next year. Congrats Brave fans.

Good World Series and playoffs in general, I've been a cynical Braves fans forever but this team was different.

Overall the playoffs in MLB was great this year all around. Lots of huge (key and BOMB) Home Runs as well as amazing pitching for the fans.
