adjective
  1. having or showing dogged determination not to change one's attitude or position on something, especially in spite of good arguments or reasons to do so.
"a stubborn refusal to learn from experience"

Hopefully this was the last game Marinelli will ever coach for us.

It was NOT fun watching our 4-2-5 nickel defense get steam rolled by the Rams.

What an embarrassing performance by our DC.

I agree. But that seems to be our entire coaching philosophy, not just him. Too stubborn to admit a change us needed and keep doing the same thing. They believe in the end heart, determination and effort will succeed. That can only go so far. At some point you need more. That was evident last night.

Why is it Richard gets all the credit and is allegedly calling plays when our defense steps up but it’s Marinelli when they fail?

This is an ongoing excuse for multiple aspects of the Cowboys. Jerry is a genius for taking risks in the draft but it’s really Will but it’s really JG...all depending on how the players work out. Romo was the true “genius” behind the offense when they won but it was all JG when they lost. Zeke is a great RB but when he doesn’t get over a 100 yards it’s the O lines fault.

A lot of people throwing stones and they have no idea what they’re aiming at.

Kris Richard runs the defense. How can you be on sites like this and not know that?

He’s gotta go. And we need to stop bringing in coaches from losing programs. This clown’s claim to fame is coaching 3 HOFers in Tampa, and a few more in Chicago. Hasnt done **** since.

Funny thing about Tampa is...they spent TWO 1st round picks on the DT position (HOFer Warren Sapp and multiple SB winner Booger McFarland). That went along with Simeon Rice, HOFer Derrick Brooks, John Lynch and Ronde Barber.

Why Marinelli hasn't asked for more at DT is beside me.

I hated the Marinelli hiring since day one. He is too stubborn to adjust to today’s game. His insistence on using smaller D linemen has hurt this team over and over again.

When we were doing good, it was Richard

Now we got gashed, so it's "stupid Marinelli"

they both are equally responsible IMO they saw by the half that this was the rams game and continued to get steam rolled, they had time to make adjustments and didnt..giving up 277 yards rushing to 2 players and 30 points but worse 17 in quarter is why we lost..plain and simple..

The only off season priority is to build up both the lines.Every team in the NFL wants to run the ball well now,you got have to have Dlinemen who can stop the run or you are toast.I would bring in 2 new DTs and draft at least a guard and a DT.

Because it is a fan board. Being irrational is completely legit here.
