I'm pretty sure you cant buy a teams draft pick but is there a way to get around that? with both Jacksonville and buffalo and a few other teams struggling to get out of the red do you think they would? Marty b and 30 million for Buffalo's #1 lol.

I'm not really asking just curious to whether or not it can be done
