The questions is, are YOU the exception or the rule? I've seen threads over there about what we do over here. Right down to why we banned someone here for "nothing."

It's called a rivalry and people do not follow the role model SkinsHokieFan's lead and do exactly as you do. They have their free agency and they enjoy the rivalry and their actions as they see fit. You're not an animated grasshopper on anyone's shoulder. Not Skins fans. Not Cowboys fans.

So why not drop the "mock shock" at what other people do. It's as fake Paris Hilton's interview with Larry King.

While I shake my head at many posters at ES, it is damned near impossible to bring up the Commanders on this board without someone, and it is one of the usual 10 or so, mentioning ES. And the requisite "stupid skins fans..." (Usually followed by some comparison of Q. Carter to Campbell, or the mention of the Commanders "having no talent," or the mention of 5 Super Bowls...)

Generally, when I am here, I talk to the people here. When I am on ES, I talk to the people there.

I'm not shocked by the rivalry but I find it really stupid for Cowboys fans to go around tagging all Skins fans as 'stupid' or any other ignorant tag. I find that just as stupid as when Skins fans do the same to the entire Cowboy fan base.

It's idiotic.

I frequent a Skins forum, from time to time, and I find it to be a very enjoyable experience with a bunch of people that have plenty of good ideas, arguments, and knowledge on the game and I've never had one issue with being thrown around there as 'one of those stupid Cowboys fans'.

I've never posted in ES so I can only go by what others have posted, but it seems to me one would never be able to "freely" discuss several topics at ES, it would seem logical to fans who post at both sites to "continue" or open their discussion of said topic in the forum where they can "Say what they really think".
