I think that next time we see them, the key is going to be to try and put Dak in situations where he can use his legs to create problems for NY. I mean, I am never really a big fan of exposing your QB as a part of the game plan but, in situations like this, where it's obvious that the DC is scheming to take away what you do and that scheme is working, then the unaccounted for piece of the Offense is usually the QB and his ability to make yards on his own. When the scheme is working, you can not account for that and it usually provides some very key 1st downs and one or two big plays.
Complex Defensive Schemes usually build on each phase of the Defense. When they work, they look awesome but, when one piece of that scheme fails, it usually has a cascade effect and the whole house of cards, so to speak, come down because it's all built off of each Defensive unit and it's success as a whole.
There are wholes in the Defense and you can see them when the game is being played but, Dak is not finding them or able to exploit them and this is not a bash Dak post, before that gets started. He is a rookie, he's going to miss things that experience Pro's don't. On the other hand, he has physical skills that a lot of those experienced QBs don't so you have to figure out how to bring those things to the table. I'm confident we can get the Giants. We just need to start pulling on that one loose thread and once we get that thing going, it will all unravel.
