He held us back.

I never felt Rob Ryan held us back but maybe his schemes and game plans just didn't work well with the current players .. There seemed to be me more confusion and players looking out of place in Robs 3-4.. (In Dallas) sure injuries definitely played a part and really hampered the team down the stretch .. But I think that maybe Kiffin / Marinelli scheme seems easier to grasp by players and maybe can absorb an injury here and there without such a drop off.. I like and respect Coach Ryan but I don't think he always put the right players in the right situations based on their individual strengths.. The current scheme focuses on fundamentals more and that may be more heat the team needs now.. Less cutsie plays that confused the players trying to do them and more hard nose swarm to the ball...
