Among other great points and observations made by Sturm....gotta be miserable for those "fans" that can not enjoy the ride the team is on for whatever reason. Laying in the weeds, waiting for a slip-up, just to say" i told you so". Pretty comical, yet sad....

Anyway to Sturm's point, the game was definitely an instant classic. In fact, our last 4 games vs Pittsburgh have been classics. Each game won late in the 4th quarter or OT. 2 wins and 2 losses.

I'll second this. Where are some of the most vocal fans on this site ?

Are they confirming what many have wondered?

Including 60% of the fan base in here.

Yep. Still don't understand how fans didn't understand how talented he was and how this market and fanbase is excited by offense. Demarcus ware is an even more talented player than zeke and he was incredible right out of the gate but it does not excite this area like offensive players do.

He was basically a perfect fit at the most perfect time. Yet some wanted an arrogant loudmouth in ramsey who would probably have made little difference and been scrutinized constantly.

You should have heard his rants against taking zeke on draft day. He was 1 million percent against zeke.

To be fair, i don't think most fans, even experts, understood how unique of a talent Zeke is. I was all for taking Zeke and i had no idea he had the power and top-end speed he's shown so far. I think most simply viewed him as a great college RB who would likely be a very good pro RB, especially behind the Dallas OL. But he has proven to be a special generational type talent.

I took in every moment of it and watched him almost every play. He's one of my favorite Cowboys ever. Probably 2nd favorite right behind Emmitt.

I just wish we would've put more around him. A lot of Cowboy fans wanted to put the entire defenses shortcomings on him. A lot of them also were upset we didn't take Shawn Merriman over him.

If i'm building a defense my first pick is D. Ware. I'll take him over anyone that's ever played in the NFL.

In fact.. He'll be 35 next year and unrestricted as a FA.. I hope we bring him back as a part time rusher.

thats fine but it rings kind of hollow when you then tell others to get on board.

I love Romo too. I'm talking about the posters that are always complaining about the faults of the Cowboys. Now we're winning they're nowhere to be found.

Guess they don't have anything to say. Almost like they're only fans of us not winning.

So?
That negates his observations about the game?

I was against taking Zeke but I'm rooting for him and happy that he is doing great
