Eh, vet minimum for Brown would be about 1.1m… team is cap strapped. Generally return to play for this injury is 11 months…sometime in November. Usually it’s the following year before the player is fully back 100%. Many never fully recover, especially at this position. The media statement Jerry gave after the injury was confirmed sounded awfully ominous to his future with this team!
Bad timing for an injury like that at his age. Essentially losing 2 years.
They're not pro bowl players but they were solid. Since they went down our defense has been less than solid. I'd be feeling so much better with these for our playoff run. I got frustrated a lot with AB and JLew but man am I missing them now. Solid players that did the dirty work.
I hear you, even just having Brown out there right now I'd feel like we had a much better chance. The TB offense has jumped to life the last couple weeks, just in time for the playoffs. Just our luck.
