It's probably what it is, Joey. JimmyG is definitely their future QB, ride or die. You don't throw away a 2nd rounder.

I dont blame Lynch and the Niners. They can either trade their pick to a team looking for a QB (Rosen, Darnold, Jackson) like a NY, or grab a nasty piece high.

A little surprised if they don't at least put him in the last game. I'd think they'd want to see what they have with a potentially deep QB class coming up and their high pick. He did flash marvelously in his 2 1/2 games last year, tho. But that was Belichick, friggin' Matt Cassel flashed.
