He is in his early 80's now I think. But still has tons of energy. Hopefully he has a few years left. He's fun to watch.

Who's your NHL team, brother?

I really wish I got to see more of Don. I get a little bit on NBCSN and NHLN, as well as the occasional vid on my hockey forum (HFBoards), but it's few and far between.

I live in Calgary, so I'm a Flames fan.

And also why I'm watching the Grey Cup. Stampeders are up at halftime.

I know your a Kings guy.

I adored him. He became a huge deal about my third season in as a diehard Cowboys fan/NFL fan.

Then I recently watched a docu on him (A Football Life) and I became incensed on how his career was stolen from him, due to GMs/coach's scared of his height. Mind you, nothing he ever displayed on the field alleviated those fears. He was robbed of a potential HoF career.

I agree. That guy could ball. It was other people that had a problem with him. Nothing he ever did. All he ever did was win.

Yessir, exactly the order.

We hate the Flames because of their fans (not you, 63, specifically). The rivalry has really heated up since 2015, when they got all high and mighty when they made the PO's and we didn't. We're their Stanley Cup.

And Tkachuk elbowing Drew in the face last year took it to a whole new level. We have a guy, MacDermid, who is gonna kill him the next time we meet. Check out Mac's fight last night against Liambas. Our guys say Mac is built like Thor, and he's the size of Chara. He was a destroyer in the AHL but is playing good hockey, now, while scaring the **** out the opponent.

Yeah, I forgot about the Doughty hit. It was nothing more than a love tap. Lol.

But the Kings and Flames have already played this year. So any payback would have been then.

BTW, we beat you guys in OT. Just sayin'. Several more games to come.
