Every punt return has a penalty. The most undisciplined part of the game. I would think they'd spend more time teaching these guys.

Yah. I would think you should save the do or die moment until the end. I guess, this way, if you don't make it, you know what you still have to do.

I just don't get it. You are risking everything if you don't get it. I know Xtra points aren't a guarantee anymore but I'd take my chances with that. Saying 'well you have to go for it sometimes' makes no sense either. You go for it when you don't have a choice.
