He's definitely not the same guy as last year. He used to punish tacklers on a regular basis and he doesn't seem to do that as much.

Why is that ironic?

Refs generally let holding go way more than they should and the supreme pass rushers tend to get held every play.

Tomlin, Campbell, etc, all complain about it.
