I like Cam newton(400 yards passing),he will get way better and a better o-line will help too.

I laughed when I saw and was glad we got rid of him, then I remembered the year before we traded a 2nd rounder + more for him and sighed...
 
Zona's defense was awful, but Newton was a lot better than I thought he would be.
 
Cam showed today he can play in the pocket and get the ball down field.

I thought cam would not have more than 200 yards passing. The big thing is he didn't even run for a lot of yards. He stood in the pocket and threw the football.

Something alot of haters said he couldn't do.:laugh2:

Carolina fans should be giddy he can only get better. Well they hope. But boy he had a hell of a game today, even though they are losing.
 
ted ginn kickoff return for td. niners up by 9 with about three and half minutes to play.
 
So how many kickoff for TD is that this week? At least 3 that I can think of.

ST is far too important to play scared. Put your best returner out there.
 
if the panthers go get another receiver that is 6'2+ and can attack the ball in the air (looks like some good ones are coming out) then they might have a lethal passing attack next year. Right now its just steve smith and maybe Olsen.


The panthers need to run the ball better also. But I think the cardinals defense is geared more to stop the run, they wanted cam to beat them with his arm. He almost did.
